“Although we were met by an overwhelming Pine Sol aroma, when we arrived, we were able to quickly air out the condo.Close to grocery store and a great restaurant, Acme Seafood and daily walks on the beach were wonderful. Was raining when we arrived, but the rest of the week was beautiful on the beach and the Charleston area.Had a very nice time ”

“We really enjoyed this unit with its awesome view. We have stayed at Mariners Cay many times over the years and this was one of the better views of the river. Property was clean and easy to access. Rental company was quick to respond to questions. The easy check-in was slightly negated since we had to go to the rental office to get the gate key. Overall, enjoyed the condo and would stay there again. ”

“Lovely ocean view from first floor, relaxing covered porch. Unit was conveniently located, easy parking in front of unit, a few stairs to unit. Fresh, clean, cute kitchen, good supply of bath towels, sheets, pillows & blankets. A few minor maintenance items (fresh paint, ceiling touch ups) would greatly improve. Management communicated well. Overall, highly recommended!”

“This is an amazing location in Folly Beach and we will definitely be back! It is so close to all the restaraunts and shopping in town and the view of the beach, pier and ocean is amazing! It is right there off the balcony which has awesome views. We spent so much time out there just soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying the views. The beach is aslo fantastic and just steps away! The room has all your basic amenities and meal-prep items for making your own meals if needed, but there are so many...
