"I enjoyed my stay. Don’t book thinking it will be upscale, it has its moments but it is charming in its own way. Our view of the city was nice but the windows had water stains. However, compared to other hotel prices in the area, I’m not complaining. Don’t expect a quiet area as it is downtown so the streets are loud at night. My only issue was the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night and middle of the day when we were recovering from being woken up that night. Both were false alarms but the staff did a great job at ensuring everyone made it downstairs safely. Also, the dryer didn’t work in our room so our clothes and towels were wet from the washer but since we were leaving the next day it wasn’t a big deal for me. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful and I had no issues with them."
