“The room was clean and spacious! A couple fixes and minor upgrades I would suggest are: Fix the handheld shower attachment, it wouldn’t stay positioned and would just sit in the holder pointed up resting against the wall. The TV was really small for the space and the distance from the bed. A 65-75 inch TV would be great for this room and that huge brick wall. Add more bed pillows as the bed didn’t have a headboard which left a large gap between the mattress and the wall. We had to use the……

“I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. ”

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. “It was a clean, comfortable room—well-equipped and intelligently laid out. The friendly staff was helpful, and the free airport shuttle was great. So why not 5 stars? The "continental breakfast" didn’t even include bagels, cream cheese or peanut butter. It added zero value to my stay. And I docked a half-star for the "e" added to "point" in the name. People won’t stop with that silliness until they get downgraded for it!”
