By far this has to be the most beautiful hotel . The staff is professional and attentive. The food is literally amazing in every restaurant. Definitely worth the money. Just over all an great experience. Highly recommend :)
The only complaint I could think of, is the quality of the straw used in the frozen beverages. Then I realized they were eco friendly.....soooo can't think of anything!!
This was the second time at this hotel, because it has great customer service inside and out.
Diversification on special program like Mexican night, Casino, Circus, Show, and the best "Kids club program" that allow you to have some spare time with your husband/wife while they entertain your child (good programs)
Been to several all inclusive resorts in the Cancun/Riviera Maya area, and this is easily the best we've experienced. The service is second to none.
execelent experience and service restauranr pool room
The staff is so friendly and will do whatever they can to help you. They go out of their way to assist you.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was everything we needed. Very recommended.
Everything was amazing! Entertainment was okay, plenty of food choices. Can’t wait to go back
What a treasure.... the staff for sure makes this hotel very loved by us. Food is good. Beach is beautiful.
My overall feelingg was Good, but there is building view rooms rather than lagoon view rooms, which is at the end of their buildings.
I highly recommend this resort! We went as a family of four with two teenage daughters and all of us loved Moon Palace. Lots to do, great staff and plenty of food options.
This was my 2nd stay here. I am a frequent traveller and can confirm this hotel is a great place while being affordable. This time we decided to take our 2 kids so upgraded to an oceanview thinking it would be fun for them. When arriving to the room all we saw was a sliver of the ocean from a window, ...
I rarely write reviews but our stay at Secrets The Vine was borderline perfection. Hotel incredible but for me it was all about the staff. The true definition of 5 star with staff that cared for every detail and lastly the food, some very mixed reviews for all-inclusive but we went with Secrets The ...
It's a smaller resort than other all inclusive I've been to, which to me was a great thing. Everything was close, you have access to the neighbor hotel (Dreams) which has great restaurants. food was great, very fresh, staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend it, good money value.
Great resort with fantastic beach areas for relaxing in shallow water.
This hotel was pretty decent. I wish some of the restaurants were open a little later and I wish that the glasses that you drink your cocktails out of were not plastic or if they have to keep them plastic more cocktails style.
We were at JW Marriott for five days and it was our second time in cancun and it was the best holiday we had. I highly recommend this hotel !
I had an amazing time at the Sandos Hotel and love its crew. Efrian, the hibachi chef, was amazing. Ruben and Vivien provided great service. The room was clean and the food was great. I highly recommend all the restaurants. I wish that the buffet had more choices of seafood and fruit like a dragon ...
Excellent food, kids water park, pools, service. We cannot wait to come back to this spectacular hotel
I have nothing against Villa Del Palmar, the hotel was magnificent. The ambience was beyond superb and the service was spectacular except the drink waiters by the pool area. But I highly recommend and will revisit sometime next year. *IF YOURE NOT LOOKING FOR TIMESHARES DONT GO TO THE SEMINAR. They ...

Cancun boasts warm weather year round, but the months between November and April are the best times to visit. During these months, you can revel in the tropical climate, sunshine, and temperatures around 80 degrees F. This is the high season though, so you may face more crowds than usual, particularly around spring break. Also keep in mind, rates are generally more expensive during the summer months.
Come spring and summer, temperatures climb to the 90s F and humidity peaks. This is also the wettest time of year as hurricane season lasts from June to November. If you’re banking on a sunny vacation, avoid July and August, which are the rainiest times of year.
Don’t just stand there, make a splash in the big blue sea. There’s no shortage of watersports in Cancun, so kick start your adventures with a catamaran tour off the coast. Then snorkel in the Great Mesoamerican Reef, venture out on a deep-sea fishing excursion, and scuba dive around the C58 General Anaya shipwreck. From cruising around on a luxury yacht to parasailing over the Caribbean, take advantage of the inviting coastline during your stay.
After drying off, it’s time for some culture and history lessons. Cancun is a prime spot to visit some of the most famous fascinating Mayan ruins. Join a tour from Cancun to Chichen Itza to witness the pyramid-shaped El Castillo at this prominent archeological site. El Rey Ruins is another spot that features ancient Mayan structures. While you’re roaming around the ruins, look out for the hundreds of iguanas that call El Rey Ruins home. After spending the day on the high seas or exploring ancient ruins, rest up at one of the best resorts or hotels in Cancun.
