Spring break hotels in Cancun

Hotel is in a new upscale marina area with lovely view. Very quiet and secure with an entrance in lobby allowing you to walk straight to probably the nicest mall in Cancun with many nice restaurants.

Staff was awesome Property is clean Food is too pricey for the bad quality of it.

Loved the pool, breakfast and employees were so nice!

Habanero was closed, so that was a bit disappointing. But Jorge, who manages the fresh margarita stand, always greeted us with a smile and made the best kiwi margarita! Definitely would comeback for him:)

Beautiful property, quiet, good service, decent food, well made drinks unlike many other resorts that use nasty tasting ingredients. Also not the place for the college crowd, thankfully.

Very nice, small hotel (6 rooms, that backs up to a golf course. Owners very involved with the guests as well as very lovely people. Breakfast is great. Staff extremely accommodating. All at very good prices compared with the larger hotels in the zone.

Everything about the property was wonderful. The staff, leadership, and employees COULD NOT have been nicer and more helpful. Food was the best I've had at an all-inclusive. The only thing about it that wasn't perfect was the bar drinks - the mixes tasted cheap and the drinks were not strong. That being said, the service MORE than made up for a very minor issue. If the drinks matched the rest - this place would be HEAVEN!

My recent stay at this hotel in Cancun was an absolute delight. It’s the epitome of luxury, and the location is ideal. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible food. The dining experience was nothing short of amazing. A big plus is that in Cancún, where all-inclusive is common, this hotel offers a great option for those who want the flexibility to explore the area and not be tied to an all-inclusive plan. I highly recommend this hotel for a five-star getaway

Here is my review of this property. We loved our trip, and we loved the property overall. Just offering some unbiased feedback about what to expect. 1. The property is very well-kept. The pools are clean and beautiful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the balcony was pleasant for hanging out (when it wasn’t too sunny). 2. The food was … ok. The specialty restaurants were an upscale *experience* with not so great food (though the appetizer buffet at the Mexican Fiesta was really nice....

Shuttle service is the best I have ever experienced. Big up Miguel. Front desks Very helpful staff, Luis and Victor are exemplary. Right next door to a convenience store, sub way and Burger King. I am already recommending this hotel to everyone interested in visiting Mexico.

As opposed to one of the larger resort’s maze of paths and pools and restaurants (and people,) the Sun Palace has a more intimate boutique hotel feel. It’s been recently renovated, and it shows. We upgraded to a honeymoon suite (room 530) at check in (tip: wait until check in to upgrade for an opportunity to negotiate the price. Be prepared to say no to their offer to exchange the cost of the upgrade for a “promotional presentation breakfast” unless that’s your jam… we preferred to pay a...

Beautiful

Our second stay here. The staff is super friendly. Casy and Mari are very nice and helpful. They take pride in their work. Look forward to returning. Only wish the bed was a bit more comfortable but other than that all was very nice.

Had an excellent 5-night stay at the stunning Hyatt Vivid Grand Island. Located just a short 15-minute ride from the Cancun Airport, and nestled on a beautiful lagoon- it was the perfect location.
