“Host was awesome and very responsive to any questions or concerns. Place was very nice and overall well kept. The game room was an absolute hit for our kids they could not get enough. And we had the opportunity to use the pool which was also very nice it was on the cooler side when we got in but quickly got use to it once we started playing. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself.”

“I normally never leave reviews but wanted to warn others. 1. They had maintenance going on which we understood but they could have most definitely tried to make up for the big area that was closed but they didn’t. On top of the large indoor part being closed the pool and lazy river outside was also closed due to “cleaning” honestly it didn’t look like there was much cleaning going on in the pool the workers were just standing around. 2. On top of so much being closed little food spots and such……

“This hotel was beautiful! It was by far the best I've stayed at. The breakfast was good, but the dinner was delicious! The free drinks were a wonderful addition. All of the staff were super nice. It was close to everything. The river walk was lovely. I cannot say enough good things about this place.”

“When we arrived in our room it had a bad odor.
While I do know this room was only $70 I did not expect there to be this many problems.
The blinds did not wrap around the window so people in the parking lot could see you.
The sheets were torn and we had to get new ones.
The over head sprinkler was leaking and they had paper towel shoved in there to absorb the water.
The shower head was leaking. And the shower curtain wasnt long enough so all the water was going out of the shower flooding the……

“Our river view condo was very nice - listening to the rushing water kept with the Smoky Mountains vibe of the trip. The ducks, geese, and Herron were also fun to watch.
Lazy River was also very nice after days of sightseeing and its cleanliness was much appreciated.
Location was also very nice - close to everything yet not on the main drag which is very busy.”
