"First time not seeing any bears on our trip, but Cozy Bear cabin made up for it by how comfortable and inviting it is!! Ceiling fans in each room to provide plenty of air circulation. "This cabin is perfect. It’s cozy and comfortable. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were beyond amazing with communicating and were even nice enough to let us know that a bear was outside so that we could see it. Staying at this cabin definitely made our trip even better. "We stayed in the cabin Splash Happy on the Creek for my 50th birthday. Everything about this cabin is amazing!! Incredibly clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all of your basic needs. The location is perfect, 15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. So very peaceful and quiet, I don’t want to leave! We will definitely return. "

"The property was private - next cabin was several yards away. The directions to get the cabin were very poor. Had to stop and ask how to get there. The carpeting in the cabin had stains, the TV reception was poor, the internet connection was extremely slow. Loved the privacy!!!"
