“I was there in March hoping for a nice experience as this hotel has been a lovely place in the past. First the power went out for a day. No hot water, no anything that included power. No offer for a credit or refund for the wasted day. Housekeeping was abysmal. I had no service at all that I could tell for 3 of my 5 nights the hotel. I paid extra for a view room which was also a corner unit that was great. BUT…Cobwebs all over the ceilings even in the bathroom. Drapes were in sad condition……

“I enjoyed my stay and everything was clean and well maintained. However, I phoned the front desk (twice using the "0" on the room phone and once using the local phone number) and the phone was never answered. I figured out the issue with my TV and other questions. But it would have been nice if someone would answer the phone at the front desk.”
