We used the tour service located in the lobby. We were told it included transportation to boat and then back to hotel. We we're abondoned when boat returned and had to find transportation back to hotel on our own. Don't use tour service!!

The staff at this location is absolutely phenomenal! We stayed for 2 weeks and by the time we left it felt as if we were leaving family. The ocean and beach here is beautiful! You can see Gold in the water and sand which we didn’t see at other beaches. This location is off the beaten path so you do have to travel up the highway for different food or shopping but it’s very close to the Airport. This location is very safe! Beautiful property. There are several towers (suites, rooms and bungalows) several restaurants and each one has different menu). I did not have all included, so you will need to put your credit card for food, drinks, snacks, groceries because the hotel is cashless. Everyone was nice from the moment we got picked up at the airport until we were returned. There is great security agents all over the property, and I love the idea of walking on the trails and also having a golf cart available. ...

El hotel presenta buenas instalaciones pero a la hora de brindar apoyo en lo que sería el desayuno l@s meser@s no son atentos. Frente al lobby se solicito una plancha y demoraron 50 minutos en traerla a la habitación, situación que fue incómoda porque no podíamos cambiarnos sin tener la ropa planchada. Overall nice hotel. Right on the beach! It is a taxi ride to Rodadero or Santa Marta, so you can't just walk a block to buy necessities so that's a little far inconvenient. The service in the restaurant is very poor. I talked to the head chef about it he apologized and sent a birthday cake up to the room for my wife. Very thoughtful. I think next time we will get a hotel in downtown Santa Marta the city is so picturesque! STAY AWAY FROM RODADERO that place is. Cesspool!

The bungalow we rented needed to be updated but it was in a perfect location right in front of the beach,all the staff were excellent , food at the restaurants were great, the buffet wasn’t as good as the last time I stayed here half the time there were no eggs and long lines for the eggs to be specially made, not a great selection, but all in all it was an excellent place to stay .

Muy lindo hotel en el Centro Histórico de Santa Marta,as habitaciones, limpias y bonitas. La atención del personal fue inmejorable.
