"The ac was down and when we arrived they offered box fans or a full refund. We opted for the fans. This looks as though it was a wonderful hotel just needs some updating. You can feel its age. The staff was great"

They staff definitely care about the guests, the environment and making it a place you want to come back to. And they definitely work hard to make it a quiet and safe environment. They have restored hope for myself, that there are still cool and genuine people out there, these days that’s hard to find, especially in hospitality."

"We had a great stay at Fairfield Suites. We arrived very late after our flights were delayed, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made a stressful travel day much easier. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of options to start the day. The only downside was that the pool is quite small, but the entire property was clean and well kept. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here...

"Close to the base. Took us 10 minutes to get to gate 6. Close to many restaurants and not to far from Manitou Springs."

"We stayed here a couple times now and it’s always clean, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. This time they were under renovation, but it didn’t affect us at all. Will be staying here again."
