“The rooms where no properly cleaned every day. Not Vacuumed or the Toiled bowl cleaned. I spoke with the night reception people and they said that vacuuming and cleaning the toilet was considered a "deep clean"and had to be requested. The following morning Spoke with the reception person and he said he had never heard o such a thing as having to request a “deep Clean”. Very mediocre the cleanliness and I assume they are like that with everything else. I wanted to speak with the Manager but was……

“Parking next door requires you to navigate with luggage up/down am Inclined ramp. Did not use on-site dining. Walking distance to multiple good eateries on Tejon St. Room clean. Paid higher price to stay at Hilton than other hotels in area--would rethink my decisions for any future stays in downtown COS.”

“Really excellent stay! Staff was so nice. Room was huge! Biggest I’ve ever had on a trip. Amenities were great, too, and the breakfast was really elaborate and well made. Would stay again!”

“Everything was excellent! The bar (Rick Sarah and Grady) were super friendly and very personable! Amenities were fantastic ! The hot tub jets didn’t work but water was still hot and relaxing. ”
