“This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. I like all the decor. It's modern & beautiful. There's a good size parking lot. Depending on how you come into the city you have to go through several of the other businesses parking lots to get into the hotel. We didn't make it to the breakfast so I can't comment on it. I also like that it's located close to a large amount of restaurants. We will be staying here again.”

“Great place to stay. Close walking to some good smaller restaurants, close driving to a lot of events like Pikes Peak Cog Railroad or Garden of the God's. These were both fabulous even though it was mainly cloudy. Check out Cripple Creek and go on the Victor Gaige Railroad through a working gold mine. Lots of neat shops and if you gamble, 8 casinos on the main street. All under 10 minute walk. We actually stayed over a couple of nights here and then returned to Hilton for a couple more nights.……

“There was no food or coffee left when we went down at 9:30. Parking lot had the same water bottle out in the garage for three days. Trash in garage was overflowing.”

“Absolutely delightful B&B. Located in the center of town (but very quiet at night) near restaurants, lovely shops & excellent laundromat. Easy drive to Garden of the Gods. Super clean, excellent hot breakfast, super welcoming hosts and staff. ”

“The room has a damp mold smell when walking. I asked to change the different room and Corina the front desk gave me a hard time and had a bad attitude. The changed room had a broken hair dryer, I asked Corina again to send someone ro fix but never heard back. I ended up with the wet hair for the night with 40 degree outside. The next day I had a cold caused of wet hair. I planned to stay 3 nights but ended up to check out 1 night early because of poor staff and poor condition room. The……

“The breakfast was incredible. Fresh, hot homemade baked French toast, pistachio chocolate cake, fresh fruit salad. Arlene is an amazing cook and a fascinating person.”

“I have stayed in many low cost motels but this was the absolute worst. Definitely some shady things happening here. I was being watched by multiple people getting y bags out of my car and going into my room. There was definitely open drug use and problematic people wandering in and out of the property. The city is nice but the human feces all around the hotel and the angry homeless yelling at people left and right was a problem. After I took a shower, I felt dirtier than before I went in. The……
