“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“2 of the hot tubs did not work properly. The location was good but there was not shuttle service to take you up and down the main street. You are on your own. The restaurant and bar staff was nice and pleasant. The front desk staff were very nice but so new they did not have a lot of information to help us. We really enjoyed a property a year ago that has a shuttle to call and were very helpful. I was surprised at a premium property on the strip would have not been more helpful.”

“Our room had a view of the building next door, nothing special. Parking was an additional $40 per night, the most outrageous upcharge I have ever incurred at a hotel. I’m already spending almost $400 a night for a room and you have to charge for parking in your own parking lot? I have seen parking fees before but never this high and in off season. What a silly fee, for an already over priced room in the off season. I just don’t get it, greed is all it comes down to. The breakfast was subpar at……

“Amazing 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with fireplace and balcony. Really beautiful property and so nice. There was a fair amount of construction during our stay, so lots of trucks beeping/backing up. I do wish upon checking in us Iowans had been warned by hotel staff about altitude sickness and how to treat it. We both got very sick our first night, but once we talked to the hotel staff we used the oxygen bar and they were very helpful. Just wish we could have enjoyed our stay more. We did enjoy the……

“The property and room were amazing; very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only hiccup was the water was out to the property when we arrived, but that is rare and not really anyone's fault. Other than that, we enjoyed the pool, the room, and the convenience to town.”

“This was our wedding trip and this was the worst place we stayed at. Would never recommend. The room we stayed in had another room right next to it and both required same door to enter (need to use key card twice it’s weird never seen it). So the people next to us were so much louder than a standard hotel room is. They were screaming and laughing from 2-4am sounded like it was in our room. Upon booking wasn’t told this or that amenities weren’t open… so why was I charged the amount I was? No……

“The staff was great. The only thing was no air conditioning in the rooms. Well, we got there. The room was very hot and the room I got. I had no screens in the bedroom.It seemed a little run down. Location was great. The views were spectacular.”

“The location of this property was perfect! Very close to all of the restaurants and shopping. The room was stocked with pot/pans and all the dishes we needed for our stay. The showers also had shampoo and body wash but we did not use as we had already packed ours. The room was clean and there was a washer and dryer in the unit. I do wish the parking was part of the fee but it’s not. Overall the room was exactly what we needed, however, I wish there would've been somewhere on the booking page……

“The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. ”
