After we finally got our car we then recirv a text that our car is ready and we should come down for it. The sub-par breakfast, my phone nit working and broken lamp all led to my low rating. They took my husbands credit card and somehow his info was stolen and we have had to cancel the card." From the moment I arrived, the reception area felt very disorganized and the check-in process was not smooth. In addition, the hotel is currently under construction, which was not clearly communicated before arrival. The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. At around 2:00 a.m. I was unable to sleep because of the noise coming from the room above. I could hear every step and even the entire conversation of the guest upstairs. It made it very difficult to rest. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and better organization, transparency about construction, and improved sound insulation would greatly improve the guest experience."
