Room could use a little TLC with things like a broken soap dish in the shower, but we are an active outdoor couple and don't need grand comfort. You are in the tropical jungle so expect bugs. “The hotel was terrific once you were inside the property, It is very beautiful and the pictures are accurate. I also had an amazing massage at the spa. However, the neighboring area of the hotel was very busy and loud. I often heard sirens during the stay. My only complaints about the hotel were that the food was just okay and housekeeping did not normally show until 4-5pm each day. The dining could really use an upgrade. “It was as the name said quite relaxing to stay at. The staff is friendly and accommodating and this property is situated in a really convenient location. The outfitting of the rooms were more traditional and not modern.
