“The front desk agent seemed more irritated than welcoming. The room was like a DIY version instead of quality expected in the photos. There was barely any hot water in the shower and when we did there was barely water pressure. There was no real balcony, just a door with 1ft ledge step. We paid for a suite and it was no better than hostiles I have stayed in. No snacks or beverages to select in room. Breakfast was included and had a decent selection, but we only got to use it 1 day because our……

“Stay was just as advertised- from the outside you can't tell this place is an Oasis. Breakfast was great. We got to meet the owner- very nice and friendly. He gave us a tip on where to eat in Tamorindo and we ended up going there and loving it. Pool and hot tub were great. Had safe on site parking.”
