“The area was amazing with a beautiful view. The hotel needs alot of updates. It advertised 2 restaurants, but only had one which was all buffet. We paid for a mini bar in our room. We only had it filled when we arrived and never again after that. We were told that it gets filled every other day, however that never happened. The drinks we did get we had to go ask for on our second day there. The staff was nice and the view was great. The hotel needs to add some restaurants. ”

“We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. The people next to the table even called the food ‘’ass’’. And I totally agree. The lunch menu was fine,……

Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old, poorly ventilated house. 4. “The breakfast was basically the same day over day. There were warmers with beans/rice, scrambled eggs, dried-out chilaquiles, plantains, some sort of meat dish, and then fresh fruit. There was an omelet station and waffle station. There were various pastries and breads. Hotel otherwise was great - hot springs were well incorporated into the experience”

Prévoir des déplacements entre la chambre et les points de services, une navette est disponible et facilite le tout. Il manque de chaises longues et de parasols pour répondre à tous les clients surtout sur la plage où aucune ombrage n’est disponible. ”

“Beautiful property with an extraordinary pool and amenities. Our room was large, comfortable, and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and there were lots of activities at the resort. The only drawback in my opinion was that the resort was somewhat isolated and it was a 25-30 minute drive to get to restaurants and shopping in Tamarindo. ”

“Breakfast was good, meals were fine. Pool was clean and no issues getting lounge chairs as most people booked as needed. Liked beach towel exchange service though hours could be a bit longer. Staff friendly. Very safe.”

“The breakfast menu was delicious. The best part of breakfast was the cofee machine. The only negative was that the check in process was a bit chaotic. Everything else was amazing!”

“Breakfast was fantastic every morning. Great variety to suit everyone. The entire property was spotless, including the room!! Everything is very well maintained. Majority of staff were incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. Drinks at the bar were lovely and happy hour every evening was a nice surprise, although the menu is much smaller. ”
