We chose this hotel because of the location, but will end up going back due to the impeccable service we received from Osama and his family. They booked excursions for us, showed us local dining spots, and we even shared in a birthday celebration. The rooms were clean, cool (AC) and tidy. The upstairs balcony was the perfect place to enjoy a meal with a view. Being in the service industry, this is the number one thing that will keep me coming back. The Hilton resort in Luxor, Egypt is so calm placid beautiful in multiple parts and is served by a large number of super lovely elegant intelligent professional people. The design of the hotel is superb, it leaves you open to experiencing the West Bank across and Egypt’s natural beauty. They picked a smart location to build the place. It’s an expensive resort affordable due to location. If you’re exhausted from travel or intensity of Cairo, it’s a great place to decompress, enjoy pools, spa,...

This is our first stay at a Four Seasons hotel. We always hear it's posh and very luxurious at any Four seasons so we had great expectations. We arrived late at nite after a traumatic taxi ride from the airport, we were greeted by the friendly staff and concierge and was upgraded to a premium room with the pyramids view from the balcony so that was amazing! The breakfast buffet was very delicious and kind staff. We tried all tge restaurants and the best was the Aura lebanese restaurant,...

Gamal and the team are just amazing. It needs more more upgrade. Specially. The sofas. There were just dirty. The beds were comfy. Best room 102 . Dont take 107. The bathroom is really small.
The outside is really dusty. Kids run to you to ask you for money and follow you all the way.
Dnt trust people from outside to help you get to the pyramids. Since they are egyptian. They dnt pay to enter to the pyramids. They will give their fare and you wont understand it because it is in arabic.

The beach front room was Amazing, by far the best hotel I've stayed in. the ocean view was phenomenal the dinning was great and the staff was awesome. this is truly a 10/10 experience. As a side note make sure you book the all inclusive package there isn't much restaurants near the resorts. You'll save a lot of money by booking it initially rather than paying for every meal. $30 for lunch $35 for dinner for 2. you'll save 50% by booking the all inclusive stay

a simple and relaxing vacation with an amazing sea-life and the best diving ever. Very tasty daily lunches right on the beach. Very calm and serene, a beautiful escape where you can enjoy the sea during the day and the stars at night

If I knew 1/4 of what I know after my visit I would have saved hours of planning. This hotel is by far in the safest location in Giza if there really is one.
Staff:
Ms. Ratiba is the owner and truly was like my second mother when I was there. I am a solo traveler.
Brother Mahmoud and Ahmed were the coolest guys in Giza and would do anything to make your stay better PLUS made the most divine breakfast every morning for free. They know how much I loved their orange juice and always...
