"the food was horrible and cold, the pizza wasn’t fully cooked, the loaded nachos didn’t have any cheese just a little on the bottom of the container. only got complimentary drinks one night cause bartender took the card. we stayed two nights and were supposed to get two drink each for each night we stayed. had to pay $15 for parking per day. parking was HORRIBLE. parking lot was so full of ppl that didn’t have rooms that some ppl parked in front of the doors which is ridiculous for the amount of money they charge for parking. pool says it’s supposed to be heated but was cold, hot tub was too hot it made us feel sick just being in there 3mins. toilet was hard to flush. the tub didn’t have a plug to bath our kids, had to make our own. the sheets were torn and the window wasn’t weathered proof on the outside so there was rain inside the window when we woke up the next morning. main elevator sounded like it didn’t want to work all the time."
