“We got to our room very late in the early morning hours drove 11 hours and then found that we could not get into our room the door key would not work. It took staff over 30 minutes to get us into our room and then they still could not leave us a door key to get back into our room if we needed to leave and come back. Very inconvenient for us. Someone had to stay in room to let the other in if needed to leave. No offer from front desk to make it right with us. Wish they would remember we are the……

We were worried about space with having family for Christmas, but the open floor plan with two couches and a love seat that we pulled in from the other room, along with 4 bar stools around the island was perfect! The home was beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed down to qtips and hand warmers!! ”
