“The long weekend was a birthday surprise for my wife. It was so nice to get away and to go to a place that also welcome our furbaby was so nice. We had a great time at the lake house, exploring the local area where High Falls was beautiful to walk, and Frank's and Wings, Things and Pizza where great places to eat. The house was very clean, loved the view and location on the lake to watch the boats go by and the rope swing was AWESOME!! Kevin was great great to communicate with during the entire……

“Staff wasn’t very friendly. Over priced for a crappy hotel. It seemed as if the hotel didn’t have but a handful of clients. I arrived early and was over charged for an early check in fee. That’s really bad bc it wasn’t like they had to go clean the room quickly! The room had a musty odder. Small tv. The sheets were stained. Crappy small bathroom towels. I had to ask for extra pillows bc they only gave two for a king bed. It took about 10 minutes for the water to get hot enough for a shower. I……

“Check in was painless and fast. Great customer service. Shower had hair and refrigerator was not properly cleaned, heard commotion from room above during the middle of the night, but other than that definitely a bang for your buck. Room was clean. Tv remote wouldn’t allow channel change. I will be returning in the future. ”

“This cabin was very cozy. It is small but we were never in there . Loved the views so beautiful. The bed is not the best to sleep on but even though it was not comfortable we definitely return for another trip. Walking distance to The Whistle Stop Cafe , but the do close early . Everything closes early . We went to the DG which 3 min from cabins and there is a grill … Loved this place !”

“We had the best time. The house was clean, comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, good sleep, and we especially loved the back porch which was amazing. I would certainly love to come here again to relax. My family enjoyed the fishing early morning, noon, and early evening. lol. Just to see them relaxing with my 87 year old mother, was just a joy. ”
