"The cabin is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Everything appears to be brand new. It is very clean and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. There’s no cell phone signal but the Wi-Fi is strong. Josh was very responsive in communication, I will likely stay here again."

"The whole property is gorgeous. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. It was very clean and comfortable from the welcoming gifts in EVERY room to the kitchen loaded with what ever utensil you could possibly need. The close proximity of a store and the ample places to put things. Every night there was a movie in the theatre with popcorn. The billiards room with space to play and the parlor for quiet talks. We could not have been more pleased. "

"Our family rented this little VRBO for the weekend in order to attend Rock the Country 2025. It was myself, my husband, my son and his fiancee. It was about an hour from the concert venue, but was super quaint and perfect for what we needed.The property owners were extremely communicative and friendly. The cabin was clean and smelled good. It was stocked with dishes, towels, and a refrigerator, so you don't need to bring anything extra. There are train tracks right next to the cabin and it can get quite loud, however, I don't recall hearing any after 10pm at night and before 8am, but, it could be because we were all so tired from the concert each night :) The store about five minutes before you arrive can be skipped- just go to Walmart if you need anything. We bought milk there and cereal for the kids and both were bad (cereal out of date and milk was in date but curdled upon opening) Walmart was 15 min away. "

"We were in town for my Grannys funeral. She grew up in this area. This house was perfect. It was walking distance to downtown. Plenty of room. Nice sized kitchen. Very clean with the peefect backyard for visiting. Will stay here again when we are back in town."

"Everyone LOVED the stay. The pool was the best personal pool I have ever rented. Its HUGE! The place was spotless and had everything you need to intertain kids of all ages. Trails where great too. I wish we could have stayed longer. We plan on renting it again for sure. "

"The cabin and property were excellent. We enjoyed the porch and set up croquet on the yard. Beds were great. Five grandchildren stayed in the upstairs bedroom with plenty of room. Having their own private deck tickled them. The Twister game at the cabin was a huge hit. "

"This estate was a perfect family gathering to celebrate a milestone birthday. The host gave important information in a timely manner and the housekeeper answered questions quickly and precisely. The place is kept up and nestled in a beautiful location. Three of the family members played golf one night. Two family members enjoyed runs and the rest explored hiking. There was ample room for everyone; fun activities like ping pong and corn hole. We just had the best time and I am glad I found this place. "

Covered porch and side porch were great to relax on when the rains came thru. Overall great stay here, and would absolutely book again! Elisha is one of the best hosts I've ever interacted with! She helped us out with a number of things that came up on our end and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! "

"Despite a couple of issues "Homeplace" was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. I am a veteran so I have been to a number of locations. Becky answered my texts promptly. More importantly I had some difficulty locating the home. I didn't realize I was only a few blocks away. Becky answered my call and gave the directions to the house. I couldn't have found a better place to stay nor a better host. I certainly hope if I ever go to the area again this place is available. The home was clean, comfortable and fun. There was a TV in living room and in each of the bedrooms. I have never seen this in any of the previous places I have stayed. My sisters and I really enjoyed ourselves and a lot of it was because of "Homeplace" and of course Becky. "
