"Only issue with property was parking structure. I know when it was developed the property included office buildings which share the parking structure. Poor design few times it took time finding my parking slot. Also I was caring my laptop, etc in the cold. Took time to find my car.
Not sure the property manager can change anything, except better signage.for hotel guests with a map."

"This is our second time. I absolutely love this location. Very clean. Very friendly. I even got to see the same people that were there working last time. The pool table area is open 24/7. The kids stay there JUST for that. Omg and the breakfast is always hot and so delicious."

"The hotel was great, the staff and the pool was great but the cleanliness wasn't that great. My daughter had toothpaste on your shower floor, our room had a poop towel stuffed in the pull out couch. Other than those it was a great place to stay!"

This time there were complementary slippers and a radio. The refrigerator felt like the temperature was set to at least 40 degrees which the proper setting. Room 905 did not have these items. Minor things but still. While I enjoyed the city view, I didn't enjoy the view of the parking lot for both visits. Another take out food options would be nice. The kiosk with the popcorn, ice cream, bagels closed too early. Over all I had a very pleasant stay. "

"We loved the room layout, front desk service, and breakfast. The only negative was lack of room service: 2 towels in a room booked for 3 people. We left the room at 10 am the next day and returned at 6:30 pm to find beds were not made and towels hadn't been changed."
