“This is my second time at this hotel.every thing is perfect”

“Free parking right across the street. Spacious rooms. Nice pool area and there's a sauna too. Also there's an adult only pool hour at the end of the night, which is nice.”

“Elevator and hallway carpets were absolutely disgusting and smelled like they hadn't been cleaned since before indoor smoking was banned. The bathroom in the room was extremely out of date, the shower didn't drain well, and there were dents/holes in the bathroom door and walls. The AC unit was about 50 years old and smelled mildewy.”

“We forgot our pillow. We called right away and they worked hard to look for it for us but and found it and said they’d mail it and never did. So upsetting”

“Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about……
