“Air conditioner broken at our room on Aug 5, 2026. The front office lady was trying to fix it by turning off and on, however it didn't fix the issue. We spent a night in a warm steamy room as there was no other rooms available in a hotel to move to.”

“Loved our stay at City Mills Hotel! The room and decor were so eclectic and unique, with a style that really captured the character of an old mill. Everything was clean and well maintained. The shower was incredible—huge showerhead! And I absolutely loved all of the PURE bath products. 🛁✨ We also enjoyed drinks at the bar in the restaurant overlooking the river, which was such a relaxing spot. “Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot think of anything else to say, it was a pleasant experience.”

“This was a very disappointing stay. The pool was green and had algae growing in it. The TV in the room was fickle and only worked if you jiggled the wire behind it. The garbage disposal partially worked. The shower doors did not shut completely and water went everywhere. The bathroom Sink was broken. The staff were nice but couldn’t really do Anything about these challenges. They had no maintenance person.”
