“My main issue about the room was that as soon as I walked into the room it had a STRONG odor of mold or mildew! I am not sure I will be back as the smell was that bad.”

“We had a nice stay here. The room was comfortable and fit our family of five. However I asked for extra pillows and towels (since tgere were 5 of us and only 4 towels and 6 pillows) from the front desk but was told they couldn't access them until housekeeping arrived in the morning. So the next morning I called housekeeping and was told to ask the housekeeper on our floor. At that time no one was on our floor. A little while later we were able to get some towels from the housekeeper that was……

“Well located in an area of Columbus which has places to eat and shop readily available. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was more than adequate.”

“I arrived at around 11ish to midnight, exhausted, and in need of a shower. On arrival I met with the girl at the desk (Heather) who was kind, courteous, and helpful. Heather checks me in. I’m assigned a single room, one bed, with a kitchenette. First thing, I heat up the oatmeal I purchased from the kiosk downstairs and reach for a spoon in the drawer - the spoon is filthy with grit and stains stuck to it. “Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot think of anything else to say, it was a pleasant experience.”

“This was a perfect place to stay at in downtown Columbus. The rooms were very clean, staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was family friendly as well. Breakfast was good and all day free coffee. You can walk to everything you need downtown from this location. As everyone has said you do have to pay to park here. However if you stay on the weekends parking is free outside of the hotels parking garage. I enjoyed my stay here, and if I’m ever in the area again with family, this will be my……
