"The rooms are clean. The elevators really need to be cleaned and fixed, there are missing doors where wires are, wallpaper is ripped, brass is dirty. "

"My room did not get cleaned during my stay. I had to go to the cleaning ladies in the hallway to get clean towels, coffee, and cups. One day, there was a couple clean towels placed on my bed, but the bed was not made."
