“Perfect place close to the beach, just cross the street and walk thirty steps past a couple apartments and you’re there. So close that if u need to go to the bathroom it’ll take u 2 minutes to walk. The hotel is very clean and equipped w a refrigerator and microwave. They have beach towels and boogey boards you can use for free! The people are super nice! The place does seem a little old but if u want the beautiful newport beach, this is the place!”

“Access to beach is straight up and down. I rolled my ankle. Felt like you were going to fall through the patio walking to the room. Very rude man that runs the place. Said it will all be booked up and only 2 other people showed up. I’m positive they were not thrilled either. Said no smoking on premises so we didn’t but he charged us. Completely unprofessional and he absolutely doesn’t like women. ”
