"The entire hotel room was clean except the sofa bed was not cleaned. The bed was comfy but the pillows were not comfortable. The pool was a good size along with hot tub. Liked that the pool was heated. They had good happy hour selection for both drinks and food. It was nice they had breakfast variety the only thing I did not like was the eggs they were to soggy. The hotel was walking distance to many restaurants and if you like to walk only 20 minutes away from Disneyland."

"I booked this hotel just because it had access to airport shuttle, when I called from the airport to the hotel, they advised that they only have shuttle to Disney?? I said no it had on the app that it had that service that’s why I booked this hotel..?! They said take a Uber or Lyft..?! Also they don’t answer the front calls, we needed more towels, no one came, I called twice, o opened and saw a housekeeper cleaning another room and I asked her for extra towels, since no one ever came when we needed them! Also, I asked to have the room cleaned with new linens the next day and they weren’t ! I know because the pillow case had a black spot on it still after they cleaned..?! I will not return to this hotel or refer it to my friends and family.. parking is also bad!"

"The bathrooms don’t have proper doors, the shower curtains are so dirty. On the first day we stayed there house keeping came in and they didn’t clean but it seemed like they were smoking pot in the room. The beds are not even decent enough to sleep in. Do not recommend, especially since you can get a decent room els where for the same price "

"First of all- the location was absolutely fabulous! Right across the street from Disneyland. Our room was updated, clean, and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the rooms were quite small for my family of 5\. We would have loved a little more room to move around, but we managed. Also, we had been traveling for a few days before and after, so a laundry service would have been nice. All in all, it was a great place to stay. We would absolutely stay there again!"
