“This is favorite place to stay in Newport. We have been staying at Newport inn for the last 6 years at least twice a year. Staff is awesome and helpfull. They have beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys and bikes. The walk to the beach takes roughly 3 min. There is also a playground in the back if you have children. Parking is included in the price, which is unheard of with every other location charging around 20 dollars a day, i believe. If you are visiting Newport to……

“The staff was very good... especially Anderson. The location was excellent but the overall property could use some upgrades. However, we loved our stay and our room was worn but very charming. Our only issue was that during our 3 day stay we never had our room cleaned. Other than that I highly recommend The Tides. We will return.”
