“This place was very convenient for me because it was very close to my son’s residence. The room was clean and so was the grounds. Very quiet and the eateries were in walking distance. I would stay there again and will also recommend to others.”

“First, check in staff was rude. The systems was down so I had a 20 min wait just to check in. The rooms are outdated, which is fine, but they smell funny and are furniture is chipping and peeling. Specifically in the bathroom. The tub leaks a lot. I had to kill 3 bugs in the room while I was there.”

The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the staff is wonderful as well. It’s a really short walk to the beach from the parking lot. “The property has nine floor floors, and two elevators. One of the elevators is permanently down. We learned while we’re there that it will be down for months. One day during our day both elevators were down and we were on the eighth floor. In addition, the laundry machines were broken and the ice machine on our floor didn’t work so we had to take our cooler up a floor every day on the steps to get ice. The property is old. The bathroom cabinets didn’t actually close and the water in the bathtub……
