“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I……

“Staff were amazing! Pools are lovely. But rooms are dated and windows overlooking the sea had so many salt spots it was hard to enjoy the view, just fyi. The couch in my room was horribly stained and there were bits of trash under edges of furniture when I checked in. Not a huge deal, just notable.”

“The stay was overall enjoyable, but one issue worth noting is noise. Our room was located next to an event space, and one weekend night there was a loud event with music and heavy bass that could be felt in the room until late at night. It made it difficult to relax and sleep. In my opinion, this room should not be occupied on the nights with events.”

“- Checked in with 4 people…our room only had 2 towels and no blankets, pillows, and sheets for the pull-out bed. There is no way to call the front desk, so went back down to ask for them. If those items are not in the room, then why not provide them when 4 people check in? They were able to give us some blankets, but they didn’t have room towels. - They also didn’t have clean pool towels, a basic pool/beach resort need, available for the majority of our stay. - Day 3, at 6:00 AM, ran out of……
