We loved our time at this resort!! We are a family of five with three teens. It was a peaceful and fun time. The only thing that could have been better was if they sold snacks or had more food options in general. The resort is in the dry forest area and is secluded. Although it was good food, there aren’t a lot of other dining choices. It was clean and safe. The pools were fantastic. The beach is peaceful. we definitely plan to go back if we are in Puerto Rico again.

The staff members at this location were wonderful! Front desk, pool / beach security, pool attendants, our floor attendant Jessica all were so very kind and helpful with everything on our 4 day stay. The hotel is located right on the beach, next to many delicious restaurants and so close to the airport and Old San Juan. Beautiful beach and pool. We stayed in an Ocean View room and the views were spectacular. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

A lot of green, gardens and beautiful beach view. Great infinity pool. Restaurant is very good. You can rent a car from them. Staff was always friendly. WiFi works great. They have this ridiculous policy not to let Uber come to the lobby. Am I supposed to walk to the streets under the unbearable sun to get my ride? They gave the nice Uber lady a really hard time, and threatened to fine her $500. I told them I had requested she pick me up there but they were not listening. Everything in the hotel is nice but they need to stop harassing the Uber drivers. They are only trying to earn a living and their service is much superior to the local taxi .

It was raining hard, and security met us half way to escort us all the way to the resort. fromt desk was closed (they usually go home after 6pm :( which I have never seen before) Security gave us our keys and took us to our room. The suite was spacious. This place is beautiful, clean and quiet. But only has 1 restaurant and they close at 10pm, not much to do after 10pm
