"This property was a disaster. It was very obvious the public areas had not been cleaned in weeks or longer. The room seemed ok until you got to the bathroom which was filthy. Oh the wall in the bedroom had a large sheetrock patch as well. The tub had not been cleaned in a long time and was full of soap scum and potentially, mold."
