“Upon arrival we checked in, went to our room found a bed to be dirty requested a new room went to that room unpacked found the bed to be dirty again Donnie, who was on staff that night was very kind and took care of us in the Mgr. the next morning to take care of us, the property is definitely up for renovation. It is very worn. Breakfast was good and everyone we was super kind. The property itself does need a overhaul and they’re cleaning needs to be stepped up.”

“The Dollywood resort is a great place for a weekend away or a long vacation. The grounds are beautiful and immaculate. The employees are very kind and helpful. The amenities are great as well. We truly enjoyed our stay.”

“Great place to stay! They need to manage pbj better! People love it! Make it easier . Don’t make people feel like they are in a soup kitchen line! Shuttle service to Graceland Mansion was great. Hotel staff could not be nicer. The coffee guy was kind of stuffy! (Even though he was employee of the month) It was just an over all great experience. Definitely recommend this property!”

“We really enjoyed are visit, the staff was completely amazing, and we especially enjoyed the complimentary uber style shuttle service. The room were beautiful and basket of treats and fresh cookies were such a nice touch. We wish we would of been able to stay more than one night. We will definitely be planning another stay in the future.”
