"Great location and plenty of room for our winter vacation. Our grandkids range from 5 to 8 and they loved the family room downstairs. Pool table, hot tub, big scree tv and stadium seating. There was plenty of room for our family of 9 and the master bedroom was perfect. Will definitely recommend to family and friends for future vacations."

"There's a reason this little hotel has the highest customer rating in Gatlinburg! If you want a great room with an even better price, just stay here. The rooms are so clean and inviting. The rocking chairs are comfortable and a great place to unwind or get ready for the day with your coffee. The owners are nice and will go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. The pool is 8' DEEP (they have a shallow end too) and clean. The walk to the "strip" is easy both ways and shady. We stayed...

"Property is exactly as listed. Beautiful home. Property manager was great, she responds to messages very quickly. No issues at all, this property was in excellent condition, very clean has absolutely everything you will need. Highlight of the trip was seeing four bears, one mama and three cubs, right on the road of this property. For anyone that might be concerned about this, don’t be, they wanted nothing to do with us, were just looking for food and ignored us 😁"
