“The cabin was cozy and the views were great. Great location in the middle of everything and we saw bears right off the back porch. The mattress in the primary bedroom needs to be replaced and is completely worn out. There was gunk around the jets in the bathtub. Other than that it was very well stocked and enjoyable.”

“Complete false claim of “Top Rated Breakfast”. There were tiny muffins, 3 packs mini donuts, pop tarts, tiny yogurts and small boxes of cereal. Not even a nice continental breakfast was offered. We have early morning tournaments and this was my daughters opportunity to get something to eat before starting her busy day. This is completely false advertisement. ”

“We have stayed here a few times. The hotel is a little old, but is clean. It has a great location for the price. We will continue to use them whenever we want to stay in Gatlinburg and walk to all the attractions.”

“The elevator smelled horrible. The hallways dingy. There was some nastiness on the back of the bathroom door & when I used my hairdryer & flat iron we flipped a breaker. No ice bucket, lights didn’t work. The bed was clean & staff super nice is the only reason I have a few stars. ”
