"The place was clean, close to things, lots of parking, friendly staff. The shower was excellent, very good water pressure and nice even flow. The key card works every time, some hotels or motels I’ve stayed at, it’s hit or miss whether it works or not. I would stay here again although the price was on the high side. Breakfast was included although it was all carbs on the offering, no bacon and eggs. I opted out and went looking for a Denny’s, found one in Schenectady."

"Amazing inside and out! Plenty of dining locations (small kitchen table, large dining table, covered picnic table near grill and picnic table by water edge) thankful for window A/C units as it was warm at night. Water toys greatly used - kayaks, canoe and paddle boat. We had our own float devices and ladder made it easy to enter the lake. We didn’t go far - short walk to ice cream and short drive to pretty Auger Falls. Look no further for relaxing and comfortable place!"

"Just got back from an amazing stay at the cabin and I’m already missing it! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Loved waking up to the peaceful sounds of nature and enjoying the quiet surroundings. The hosts were super responsive and made everything easy. "Great place to stay. There were four of us and it was about perfect with having one bathroom. Two kayaks, a canoe, and a paddle boat are there for use. But plenty of room if you brought your own. I would recommend bringing your kitchen essentials (spices, oil, condiments) as there aren’t really any there. Easy walk to the beach across the road. Road is 45 mph so people are hustling on the road but you can see a good half mile or more in each direction. Driveway is steep and not a ton of room, make sure your e-brake works!"

"Kim and her husband were such wonderful hosts. The cabin was more wonderful than the pictures convey. It was so clean the beds were very comfortable and there was sooo much seating in the living room. If we needed anything Kim and her husband attended to it right away. They blew up the water trampoline for us. We had easy access to their kayaks and life vests. The lake front was beautiful with plenty of chairs. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely stay again. "

"This was an awesome spot to stay for a few days! There was enough of the necessities. It was helpful to have some condiments and other foods there for us to use seeing that we were traveling. The porch was so nice to sit on and relax. The grill was in such a good spot. We also enjoyed the lake access as well! We did notice there were some ants and saw the traps for them too. It seemed like there were more ants after the rain too. We chose some pretty hot days so the fan was helpful!"

"We loved our stay at the cabin. The owner was super helpful and promptly responded to any questions or requests. The location is great, a very natural and peaceful setting and as a bonus there is a bar/ restaurant just a short walk away. "

"We had a lovely stay at this cottage. It was very close to the Lodge at Harrisburg Lake where our extended family had a reunion. The Cottage gave us a quiet space for our family to stay, while still being close to the action. The lake is quiet and lovely, and just a short walk down the road. The incline to the lake is steep, and too difficult for anyone with ambulatory issues. Not everyone at the reunion could enjoy the lake. That is just something to keep in mind here. The mini golf was lovely, and right out the front door of this cottage. We used it quite a bit. The course has seen better days, but we appreciated it none the less. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"We booked last minute as we decided to stay a night in Saratoga on our way to upstate NY. Could not have had a better experience! From my initial interaction with the owner, who was extremely responsive, to the exceptionally kind and informed team we met the next morning - our experience was only diminished by our need to get back on the road. We wanted to stay and hike and relax among the pines! Our glamping tent was clean, inviting, with two queen beds, water dispenser (hot+cold), fridge, towels for pond and shower, games, coffee keurig, string lights outside and just the best outdoor vibes with the comfort of home. I slept like a Disney princess the bed was so comfy! There are also places to stay for larger groups - think retreats, weddings, family getaways - like the Tree House Lodge and Noble House. There is a large pavilion that is covered for outdoor dining or even yoga classes. Also, an incredible outdoor chapel with a descending staircase through the pines to a lovely seated area for a ceremony or live musical performance. My friend and I are new fast fans! We are planning to head back and will bringing friends. Book now as most weekends are already booked for weddings in 2025. But weekdays are even better- less traffic! And all minutes away from Saratoga. Win-win!! #brookledgethebest"
