We sat outside on the porch drinking coffee in the morning while viewing the lake. 10 Minute drive to Letchworth was perfect. Host left a flyer from Daryl's Pizzeria which we ended up ordering from. Food there was great too! Would definitely recommend staying here if you need a place near hiking areas. "

"This property was perfect for our needs. It is a quiet lake with several options for entertainment in the area. The cottage had everything we needed and more. It was supplied with linens, towels, toiletries, yard chairs, fishing poles, a canoe, a flat bottom boat, paddle boards, a a couple of kids kayaks. The property was also very clean and had plenty of room to sleep 6. The host responded to any questions we had within a couple of minutes. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone interested in staying in the area. "

Loved the new appliances and spending mornings and nights on the deck. We bring a wifi hotspot from Simple Mobile and are able to get internet while we're there. "

"Overall wonderful stay. A little far from restaurants but well equipped for cooking your favorites. Beautiful natural setting. We saw deer wild turkeys toads frogs turtles and chipmunks. Lots of fun things for families to do, or plenty of peace and quiet. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. "

It was exactly what we were looking for to kick off summer: private cabin in the woods, we did some "creeking" and saw waterfalls on the property, great big porch to grill and eat dinner outside, had nice fires among the fireflies and it was super close to Letchworth where we spent Saturday hiking. Dave gave us great recommendations for nearby dinner spots. It was the perfect laid back getaway. "

"Our treehouse stay was absolutely amazing and the perfect way to kick off summer for our family. Tucked away just off a main road, it felt secluded and peaceful, yet made for a great base to take little day trips and explore the charming surrounding towns.One of the highlights was the field full of fireflies at night—it felt truly magical under a sky blanketed with stars. Being right on the Genesee River and White Creek gave us the chance to explore the shoreline, our 8 year old son loved playing in the creek, skipping rocks, finding toads and trying to catch crayfish. This property is a hidden gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable weekend getaway."

"On the lake. Location was great. Only down fall. No air conditioning other than that, we would highly recommend. "

"We had a great time getting away and off the grid for a bit! I did go through withdrawal from my cell, but then it made me focus on the beautiful scenery. The cabin was up high on a mountain, so make sure you have an all wheel drive vehicle. Had hot showers and a nice kitchenette with small frig. The big windows near the comfy bed was the best! There is a DD near by for your coffee fix too! But I learned how to use the old coffee perculator on the stove. Will be coming back soon!"

"We had a great time. My 6 year old son caught a bunch of fish right from the dock. It was a short drive to Watkins Glen. The home was nice, clean and had everything we needed. Good communication with the owner. We would definitely recommend!"
