“This house should not be listed for rent. It needs a complete overhaul, is very poorly maintained and grungy. I arrived to garbage overflowing from the outside garbage cans onto the ground. The first night I could not breathe in the house due to dampness, mildrew and dog hair throughout the bedroom. When I went to open the windows, there were no screens.
