“Great place to stay for a week. Communication with owner was good. Would stay again.”

“The location of this spot of very unique! Our teen boys really enjoyed kayaking the bay and caught lots of fish close to the house. We enjoyed the privacy and quietness of the area. I do wish I knew ahead of time that you need to bring your own water for cooking. There is water at the bathhouse and camper but both are lake water. We had to run into town to get water for cooking so that we didn’t use all of our drinking water and it was a bit inconvenient not knowing ahead.The outside shower did……

“We had a wonderful stay at this well-appointed cabin. It truly had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Even with the snow falling, we spent our evenings building cozy fires in the outdoor pit and enjoying the hot tub. When we weren't outside, the basement TV made for perfect movie nights. The highlights of our trip, however, were the breathtaking sunsets over the lake, which we watched daily from the spacious living room. The property offered incredible privacy and a serene quietness……

“Absolutely amazing property. Peaceful setting. We saw multiple deer running through the back yard and our dog had a field day watching them. We absolutely loved the home, it was clean and very well stocked. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the soaking tub at night. We are planning to head back to the area in the future and will definitely plan on staying here again.”

“The hotel needs updating, but it had all the normal hotel facilities. Breakfast was standard fare for a hotel of this type. Staff were very good. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance, but the town centre was about 3 km away.”

“Breakfast was so so. Everything seemed to be bla. Even the mild coffee was very dark and not very tasty. Left the Hotel and went to Tim Hortens for coffee Ice machine on our floor "3rd" was out of order. By looking at the bathroom, especially shower, you wouldn't think this was a new hotel.”
