“I wish I could rate our overall experience with 10 STARS! Absolutely beautiful property with breathtaking views. The RV is very modern, clean, comfortable bed and had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely my idea of "camping"! We had a few visits from the goats (behind the fence of course) while watching the horses graze in the field and even saw a fawn frolicking in the field as the sun was setting! Thank you for creating the perfect place for travelers to spend some down time and……

“Stayed there two times this year and will not hesitate to stay there again. Air conditioning in August and heat was on for our last stay. Immaculate rental. ”

“We came up from Long Island to visit and celebrate with relatives and rented this lovely home. Dealing with the owner Sonia was smooth and easy. The house is immaculate and inviting. The decor is tasteful, cool and airy with lovely plants scattered throughout the house. The beds are comfortable, even the bunk beds. The kitchen is new and well equipped. Sonia had coffees and teas for use, and mints and chocolates. The outdoor soaking tub and the shower was fantastic! The property is bucolic.……

“It was expensive for the overall appearance. There are few hotels in the area and it was summer so I assume that is the reason for the price. There were odd smells throughout the property including a strong lemon cleaning smell in the room and the smell of a near by landfill outside. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It should invest in a nice patio in the front since it has a pretty view.”

“There was no phone, even to the front desk. TheDirectv was horrible. Bath/shower plumbing was difficult to deal with. Was not informed a new roof was going to be installed in the morning. Pounding early in the morning about gave me a heart attack!!”

“Helpful staff”

“Not long after checking in the room I decided to sit on the pullout couch, and when I opened the couch, I found badly stained, what appeared to be blood and mold all over the mattress? I then proceeded to check out the king Size bed mattress to find more disgusting stains and distressed mattress. When i went to the desk and was told that the other rooms available were actually in worse condition to have fire damage on the mattress. I decided at that point not to stay at this hotel and went to……

“Paul and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful! Lovely old stately home converted to BnB, with delightful breakfast next day. The suites are large and very comfortable and just dripping with classic furnishings appropriate to a late 19th century stately home.”

“Mailed forgotten items promptly. Answered emails promptly. Good service.”

“Did not stay once we saw the property......rooms and property very dirty, not maintained, management not available when we got there. Were charged the whole price since their policy is 24 hr advance notice. Photo online is NOT what we observed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. EXTREMELY disappointed. We were on our bikes and had to ride another 10 miles before we found another place to stay.”
