"The residence is actually located on Tulum golf resort and Bahia Principe is across the highway. There's nothing to do on the residential side. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! All communications went through the app. Front desk was helpful but again nothing is at the golf resort. You can purchase armbands for the resort across the highway but no transportation is provided. They will call a taxi lol for $20,...

"Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. "

"This trip was great for a group of us wanting to stay in the same place. It provided us plenty of space to cook meals, rest, and play in our own private pool. It is part of a larger resort with access to several larger pools, activities, food, drinks, and beach.
It is a full house with fridge, kitchen, grill, and dining room table. However, they don't provide water, or any easy ways to get a large amount of water that a group of 8 needs. They also don't provide dish soap, dishwasher...

"My family stayed here for 2 nights. This villa is very spacious with two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other room has two single beds so it's perfect for my family. There's a full kitchen with a huge fridge and nice gas stove. The roof top area is nice too but unfortunately the hammock was broken and we didn't have a chance to use the roof top jaccuzi. Just a note that the roof top is accessible from a stairway OUTSIDE of the house.
Also we had some issues with the hot water...

"Super nice property, staff was very friendly! Would definitely stay again! Note that the area on the beach strip is very expensive dinning and limited transportation options that don’t break the bank! Bike rentals are you best option but even on the beach front road you have to pay to park your bike for dinner."

"El hotel está perfecto, creo que yo lo único que le podría agregar sería una pequeña alberca (aunque sé que no es tan fácil hacerlo por encontrarse dentro de la reserva); solo hubo un detalle en la última cena ya que el pescado que ofrecían era mero, pero no era el que efectivamente te servían; aún así estaba rico pero sí les sugiero chequen su proveedor porque les está vendiendo gato por liebre"
