"The pool(s) area had ample space and were always well staffed. The music/dj/mc added a fun and celebratory vibe. Every staff I encountered was friendly and willing to help any way they could especially the room cleaning staff coming to refill waters on the daily. The food was not exceptional but very tasty with so many different options was a plus. We only caught 1 show in the open air theatre and it was top notch ballet folklorico. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future. "

"On our first day, front desk called twice 5 mins apart asking if everything was fine. Then, a maintenance guy knocked stating he got a call that we supposedly reported something was leaking.Mind you, its only been 20 mins since we got insde the room, tired and just resting in bed. Not sure if theyre trying to go in and steal. Room phone was broken and couldnt dial out. Then, the night before we check out, another maintenance guy knocked once and went in and open the door. He appeared surprised to see me and my bf inside the room and said he got a call that we reported our sink was clogged? Suspicious! We couldnt even make a call cus the phone is broken and we NEVER reported anything was leaking or clogged. The room is outdated, water temperature doesnt stay warm, it gets too hot where it could burn your skin then too cold. The buffet food is a 2/10\. Not much choices. The oceanview is nice. Stay here at your own risk."
