“Very nice accommodation ”

“Clean room , nice staff, breakfast ok”

“Front desk clerk refused to check us in at 3:49pm, even though we were only 11 minutes early. We argued and she finally agreed. However, she had a, "printer issue," and didn't actually hand us the keys until right at check in time. I suspect the general manager has told staff they are not to check any guest in early. We often spend time in La Grande, but we will not be staying at this Best Western again. A 4:00pm check in time is ridiculous to begin with. Whatever happened to 3:00pm check...

“Staff at the hotel really made it fun!”

“The carpet in the hallway is peeling, leaving bubbles in a line, and there's dried mold in the bathtub. I woke up with a stuffy nose from the mold. Else they charge a fee for my service dog. On their website said no charge por service dog.. I wonder why they charge me. I will ask at checkout. But staff is okay.”

“Friendly staff and updated clean room. Great breakfast, way better than most motels. Good location near downtown restaurants, we walked just a few blocks.”

“The staff was very kind and the room was okay. My only complaints were there was a very loud train nearby and the floors were really gross. We weren’t able to take our shoes off and when we did fresh out of the shower when we didn’t know, our feet were black. ”

“Beautiful views, all the amenities that i have at home. Amazing water pressure in the shower! Very clean, very cute, very comfortable. ”
