“Room was clean but had noticed a reddish stain on one of the towels, noticed the black mold around one of the light switches and on the lamp shades, didn’t like how the shower didn’t get hot or even warm until my last day and I didn’t like how the front door was locked at a certain time and had to knock a few times to be let in but other than that staff was friendly, property was beautiful and they have a good playlist”

“The Mayfair was located very conveniently and a short walk to nearby hotspots. The hotel by itself is immaculate and very clean. Accommodations and the service was very good. They have thought of everything and provided for it and handle everything with messages. There is no staff that you can reach out on site but they respond to your messages right away and are very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.”

“This was our second time at this beautiful property, and it definitely won’t be our last. The cottages are a little sanctuary in the middle of New Orleans just steps from everything. Special thanks to Sean for sending us the Amazon package which arrived late while we were in New Orleans. He treats guests like they are family.
