“Although hotel has jsut renovated, there is no shampoo provided in the room, it's by request! No hair dryer, no hanger provided, no kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. The facility is poor. Hotel staff is not very helpful.”

“Rainwater was seeping in through the window and wetting the air conditioning unit, causing it to shut down. The breakfast service was severely neglected; there was absolutely no one there to replenish the food, despite the fact that many families were waiting to be served. Overall, the service is very poor, especially considering how expensive the rooms are.”

Cleaning staff were not consistently friendly or thoughtful e.g. three of us in a room did not result in three towels or adequate coffee supplies, despite rooms only being cleaned upon 24 hour advance request. Free parking is appreciated and while there is no free breakfast the food service area is large and varied. No restaurant with staffed table service. Close to Tulane University, I would gladly return for what would be my……
