“Very dirty room with many stains on chairs and floors. Didn't feel comfortable letting my children walk on the floor without shoes.”

“Shower needs a good scrub there was built up soap scum all over the walls and on the floor. Beds ere a little harder than we liked. And pool closing at 9pm was a downer for we traveled for 13 hrs and was looking forward to setting in the hot tub. ”

I have never been yelled and cussed at the way she came at me over my children having their drinks at the pool. Which I don’t see the sign and I made them throw them away when asked. But the manager came out cussing and yelling in my face in front of my kids and scared them so bad. Would not recommend staying here”

“Ashmore use to be a decent place to stay even though it needs upgraded and price was good now they got bought out it's more run down needs updated really bad the bath tub never stopped running water it leaked the whole time bath tub stained didn't have key card they were out had to wait hours before they got them. Really sad i like the place but when you can stay somewhere a lot nicer for the same price it's a no brainer.”

“I found a cockroach on the ground in the bedroom so I started looking around the property and found lots more, especially under the bed. I have a baby that is crawling and learning to walk, so I was extremely concerned about this. Management told me that they spray weekly because they have an abandoned building behind their property… which was another concern. I was also informed that they do not have a way to clean under the beds. When I put my son back in his car seat, he has a little……

“The night we arrived, there was one car in the parking lot, and they put us on the third floor with their elevator out of service. So tired on arrival and late so attempted to cancel the second night through hotels.com and although the hotel did not have a working elevator, there was nothing hotels.com could do because of their nonrefundable policy.
