Welcome to the house of your dreams! Built in 2020 in one of Erie, Colorado's most desirable neighborhoods, this nearly 5,000 sq foot, 5-bedroom, 4-bath, corner-lot home features a double-level porch with breathtaking views of sunsets behind the range. Enjoy your evenings in luxurious lounge seating on the private deck off the extra-large master suite, featuring views of one of Colorado's famed "fourteeners," Long's Peak. The master suite features a large ensuite bathroom with a state-of-the-art double-shower, soaking tub with premiere finishes, and two large walk-in closets. The 2 guest bedrooms, twin beds, walk-in closets. They share an amply sized Jack-and-Jill bathroom with separate shower/toilet room. On the main level, enjoy a bright open concept floor plan, with large living and dining room, gas fireplace, and open kitchen, including deluxe appliances like a Viking 6-burner gas range and Zephyr hood. The spacious home office can also be as a bedroom, and has an adjoining full bathroom with shower. The large basement will be finished September, 2020, and will feature the 5th bedroom and ensuite bathroom, large open playroom or entertainment space, and storage. The 715 sq foot attached two-car garage leads to a convenient mudroom, and has ample storage. A fully fenced backyard with 8-person dining table will be ideal for al fresco meals and more! Expansive walking, biking, and hiking trails are steps out the front door, along with multiple playgrounds right in the neighborhood. Charming downtown Erie is barely a mile away, beautiful by bike or foot. The home is 25 minutes from Denver, 25 minutes from Boulder, and within an hour of Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park.
