"This house was perfect for 8 adults and 2 little kids. The house had a well stocked kitchen and nice fenced in back yard with enough space for everyone to spread out. The location was a little far from the beach, especially for little ones to walk and bring along all the beach gear. We drove to the beach and had no problem with parking, however it was considered off season. Down side to this house, you have to supply your own towels, sheets, hand soap, trash bags…, however that was included in the description and made known ahead of time. Overall we had a wonderful stay and hope to return in the future!"

"This apartment was as advertised! It’s a beautiful updated/modern condo. Very clean and quaint. John was a great host and check-in process was very easy. Very close 7 min walk to the beach. Good location. There are a bunch of restaurants, mini golf, and other things w/in walking distance. Great for family of 4 as they have a good bunk bed in 2nd room. The outdoor shower was a huge plus, bc we bathed our small kids in it after the beach every day. Only negative I would say was the bed in the master was comfortable, however the mattress topper kinda funnels you into the middle of the bed. Wouldn’t stop me at all from staying here again. If you’re looking to stay in Ship Bottom then this is the place!"

"When we arrived, the apartment was clean and ready for us to quickly get situated and on the go. Furniture was extremely comfy and the outdoor deck was lovely for a morning coffee or evening drink. Anita was a fantastic communicator, extremely quick w/ responses towards all questions we had (and my family pushed a lot of questions) and accommodating towards possible requests. The location couldn't have been better, 4 houses down from the beach and LBI does a great job of having swim friendly areas consistently throughout the beach, so you're never too far. All in all, we were extremely happy with our stay and with Anita. A couple things we found that didn't detract from the trip but were worth noting. 1) No beach items come with the house. If you need a beach chair or umbrella, you should bring your own. Not a problem as Anita was clear about this, but other houses do come with these. 2) Some of the appliances and electronics could use a refresh. The Coffee Maker's lid is broken, making it hard to pour, it seemed like the microwave had unusual temperature fluctuations a couple of times, and a tv remote where some buttons are pushed all the way through (we brought our amazon stick, so didn't matter beyond trouble with initial set up). None of these affected our stay, and we fully recommend Anita and her home. Thank you!"

"We have been coming to LBI for the past 15 years and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful property inside, with great kitchen, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Wonderful deck on which to dine and rooftop deck on which one can watch the clouds, view the shoreline, and so forth. Very convenient walk to the ocean and good access to the bay. Was a great place to prepare for a day on the beach, rest at night, and even ride out a stormy day. Cannot wait to return..."
