Excellent stay for affordable price

Located in Chinatown, this hotel has cool design and was comfortable and quiet. The sheets could be softer for this being a nicer property but otherwise can’t complain.

Usually, hotels for this price point in NYC aren't the greatest. While, yes, this was small, it was surely mighty. great value, clean, safe. Highly recommend

My stay was overall excellent! But the shower stall in my room #301 must have previously had glass shower doors. The glass shower doors have been removed and replaced with just a shower curtain. This while odd would have been acceptable except that the shower door floor guides were not removed so the base of the shower entrance had a 5 foot metal edge that could potentially be exceedingly dangerous. I hope the property inspects the facilities and makes these necessary repairs.

We loved our stay at Candlewood Suites. The hotel is an easy walk from Grand Central, Times Square and so many other places - in fact, we never went everywhere on foot during our entire stay. The rooms are small but not tiny, and the kitchens are well equipped. A nice touch is you can borrow other kitchen gadgets and things from reception. The hotel was great and the view from the 25th floor was beautiful but the view from the rooftop bar was breathtaking. The beds were comfortable and the service was top tier. Highly recommend.

We have stayed here at least 20 times. If your going for a red bull arena event there's no doubt this is the best option. Very nice rooms with a kitchen. Always clean and very responsive with any requests. The staff are professional consistent helpful friendly and do whatever they can to go the extra mile. Travelling with a 1 Year Old is not easy , so choosing a hotel that suited my needs was a challenge . Thankfully , our stay at Andaz 5th Ave exceeded expectations. Upon arrival, valet parking and check in were quick and easy . The front desk staff was very attentive and supplied us wil all the essential we needed for our stay which included a crib, baby toiletries, milk and even a cute rubber duckie for my son! Staff were excellent!

I was greeted warmly by the front desk personnel and immediately assigned to the hotel room. I was very pleased with the set-up and cleanliness of the entire facilily that I had access to. I would strongly recommend that my future stays in the Gatsby hotel room be on the 6th floor, preferably with an inside room away from the street traffic noises.

Friendly, welcoming staff. The hotel room itself is small, but at least it's been remodeled, and the bathroom was good. Also appreciated having a small refrigerator.
