“This place is every couples dream date night! Janelle and staff at the front desk are on point. If you need anything they are there to help. The rooms are always perfect and clean. Parking is always close and convenient. The three restaurants (West+Main, Ovest Via and Doug’s Diner) are something to remember. My wife and I enjoy a date night once a month here. “The staff was excellent!! The hotel was very nice and clean. It has a nice vibe, and the room was faultless. Seriously, (maybe TMI) it was the first hotel we’ve stayed at in the last nine months that had the toilet seat properly attached. Nothing like a wiggly seat to make you wide awake in the middle of the night trying to stay on! Thank you for not doing that Hyatt Place! We have already booked another stay and we’ll use this hotel for all of our travels to the front range/Denver area. Love……

“We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3. Then I was going to take it back to the room, but he said……
