"Perfect"

"This is a conveniently located hotel for all things Manhattan. Theater, dining, shopping, and Central Park are all withing walking distance. We easily took the subway for things a bit further away The beds were very comfy, the water pressure in the shower was great, and it was quiet. For a large hotel, the elevator service was fast. I would stay here again."

"The hotel was very accomodating, when requesting a fridge and kettle for our room. Our room was spacious, clean and serviced to a high syandard on a daily basis. The only aspect of the hotel, that was inconvenient, was that the elevators were being upgraded, so there were a limited number of elevators available, causing them to be constantly full of guests. There was an option to use the service elevators that helped to alleviate the congestion. Apart from that the hotel was perfect for where we wanted to explore and was near all the lical amenities and transport links. Would definitely stay at tge Park Central in the future."

"The property was very convenient to the subway and bus routes and it was also very easy to get a cab. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed our weekend stay. Would highly recommend. "

"Furniture was old, some rooms have microwave and coffee pot, some don’t. I needed towels at 5 am, front desk did not have any at the time. The lounge is never opened unless there is a special occasion."

"No hot water - it took literally 20 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower! Glass shelf in the bathroom fell off - I caught it before it hit the floor or toilet. The furniture and carpet were really ratty, but the maids kept the floor and sinks clean. Bathtub was rusty. Now the good stuff - the cleaning staff were great and the elevator was the fastest I’ve ever encountered - never more than a minute wait and we were on the 10th floor. Verdict - we would stay there again, but for the lack of hot water for showers. Let us know when you get that problem fixed."

"Very cute place, very clean and well kept! Staff is friendly and the breakfast is not too bad for hotel breakfast! The dining options in the area are a little bit more limited, as most are for take out. Very close to the subway and it’s really not that bad of an area, even as women walking around at night did not feel unsafe. Just be aware of your surroundings and map where you’re going! Would stay again! "

"This hotel has friendly staff, is close to major touristic spots, and we found it a very comvenient solution for our needs. Could it be better? Of course. Yet, the couple of things that we brougt up to the support staff were resolved within minutes and that is to be appreciated."

"The location right across the street from Central Park is fantastic for the price, especially considering this hotel is literally next door to The Plaza where Home Alone 2 was filmed. Also, the bed was the best I’ve ever slept on."
