"This is a great place to stay particularly for business travelers. The rooms are large, comfortable and have plenty of room to work. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was always greeted with a smile and the staff was great with answering questions and making recommendations. I would have preferred better meal options. There is a highly regarded Mexican restaurant attached to the property but I found the food rather bland and tasteless. There are plenty of good options within walking distance from the hotel. As I visit Cleveland every year, I will be staying there again next year"

"This is the second time I've stayed here. Location is perfect, as we were attending both Indians and Cavaliers games, which are minutes walks from the hotel. Staff is friendly, check-in was timely (no long lines) and the room was exactly what we expected. We did not have our room cleaned after night 1, which was a surprise. Maybe that was the policy, but I assumed we would comeback from a day out to made beds. Also, breakfast didn't start until 7am. My son and I were out at 6:30 both mornings, and we couldn't even get a cup of coffee. That said, I would stay here again. Location was just too good, and everyone was friendly."

"The hotel and the room were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. My only criticism is the breakfast. It was listed as a cook to order breakfast, but when I arrived, it was just a buffet. It wasn’t much different from the free breakfast buffets I have had in other hotels. And for that I was charged $18. Other than that, the hotel was excellent."

"the room was clean put there was nothing to cook with period mold in the bathroom and the dish washer was broken and falling apart and the refrigerator was leaking and i called and they would not answer the phone i had to go down and tell them then i called and they said they were sending someone to look at it they never came they gave me some dirty towel to put down to catch the water. the kitchen sink bagged up in the bathroom tub and the taking a shower the water would not leave out i was told that people stay there so they bring there own stuff for cooking they thought it was funny and i will never go to that one ever in life again. i took pictures of everything plus recorded me calling they twice about the water on the floor they did nothing period"
